Frequently
Asked Questions
Yes. BeauDerma requires a 30–45 minute in-person consultation before beginning a new treatment plan. Select same-day treatment may be possible only when screening, experience and safety requirements support it.
The fee is $75 and is credited toward your first treatment. If BeauDerma determines that none of its offered treatments is appropriate for you, the fee is refunded.
BeauDerma is committed to serving all skin tones. We assess melanin, concern, device, wavelength, recent sun exposure and pigment risk. Not every treatment or setting is appropriate for every person, so the plan is individualized and patch testing may be required.
You do not need to choose. Elite iQ, PicoSure Pro and Potenza address different targets. Your plan may use one technology or a carefully sequenced combination.
It depends on the concern and your response. Hair reduction often begins around 6–8 sessions; PicoSure Pro skin plans may involve roughly 3–6; Potenza plans often begin with 3; and tattoo removal commonly takes 6–10 or more. These are planning ranges, not guarantees.
Sensation varies. Laser may feel like heat or brief snapping; RF microneedling may feel like pressure, heat or sharp sensations. Zimmer air cooling and topical anesthetic are used where appropriate. “Pain-free” is not promised.
Downtime depends on the treatment and intensity. Temporary redness and swelling are common. Pigment treatment may create darkening or crusting; Potenza may create pinpoint bleeding, dryness or grid-like marks; tattoo treatment may blister or crust. Your consultation will cover your likely recovery.
Many elective laser and energy-based procedures are postponed during pregnancy, and some may be deferred while breastfeeding. Tell us if you are pregnant, trying to conceive or breastfeeding so we can apply current clinical and manufacturer guidance.
Potentially, with parent or legal guardian consent and attendance as required. Treatment also depends on maturity, clinical appropriateness, manufacturer guidance and legal or insurance limitations. Some services may not be offered to minors.
No. BeauDerma currently focuses on laser, picosecond and RF microneedling treatments. Injectable services are not offered.
Third-party financing is coming soon. The provider determines approval and terms. BeauDerma also accepts e-transfer, debit and major credit cards.
No, unless a specific offer says otherwise. Package pricing, membership discounts and campaign offers do not stack by default.
No. Response varies with biology, concern, skin tone, treatment history, adherence and many other factors. We provide realistic ranges and reassess throughout the plan.
We will explain that honestly and recommend medical or other professional assessment when appropriate. If none of BeauDerma’s services is suitable, the consultation fee is refunded.
