Consultation policy
A $75 in-person consultation is required before a new treatment plan. The fee is credited toward the first treatment. If BeauDerma determines that none of its offered treatments is appropriate, the consultation fee is refunded. A missed or late-cancelled consultation is managed under the cancellation policy.
Treatment booking deposit
A $100 deposit is required to reserve a treatment appointment. The deposit is applied to the booked treatment or to the next eligible booking made within 30 days, subject to the cancellation and rescheduling policy. A deposit may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment up to two times; after the second transfer, a further change results in forfeiture.
Cancellation, rescheduling and missed appointments
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. BeauDerma allows two grace instances for late cancellation or missed appointments. After those two grace instances, the booking deposit is forfeited for a late cancellation, missed appointment or change that falls outside the policy. A new deposit is required before another treatment appointment can be reserved. Repeated rescheduling is limited: the same deposit may roll forward no more than two times.
We understand that emergencies happen. Contact us as soon as possible. Exceptions remain at BeauDerma’s discretion and do not create an ongoing waiver.
Package policy
Packages are personal, non-transferable and valid for 12 months from purchase unless a campaign states otherwise. Treatment timing still follows clinical guidance; purchasing a larger package does not make more frequent treatment appropriate. Package and membership discounts do not stack unless expressly stated.
Packages are non-refundable except when treatment cannot continue for a documented medical reason accepted by BeauDerma. When a medical refund is approved, completed treatments are recalculated at the regular single-session price in effect on the purchase date. The remaining unused balance, after that recalculation and any non-refundable third-party fees, is refunded to the original payment method where possible.
If BeauDerma discontinues a prepaid service and cannot provide a reasonable alternative, the unused portion is refunded.
Membership policy
Memberships have no minimum commitment. Cancellation takes effect for the next renewal when requested before processing. Benefits and credit are issued only after successful payment. Unused monthly credit does not roll over, is not transferable and has no cash value. A membership may be paused once per membership term for up to three months; no credit or benefits accrue during a pause. Membership savings apply only to eligible regular-price items and do not stack with packages or promotions unless stated.
Promotions and campaign landing pages
Promotions are available only through the applicable campaign landing page and for the stated period. Eligibility, treatment areas, booking windows and exclusions may vary. Offers cannot be combined unless the campaign expressly allows it.
Treatment suitability and refusal
BeauDerma may postpone, modify or decline treatment when safety, clinical appropriateness, manufacturer guidance, legal limitations or the client’s expectations require it. We may recommend assessment by a physician, dermatologist or another qualified professional. Cosmetic treatment is not a substitute for diagnosis or medical care.
Pregnancy and breastfeeding
Elective laser and energy-based treatment may be postponed during pregnancy and, depending on the treatment, during breastfeeding. Clients must disclose pregnancy, possible pregnancy and breastfeeding. Current clinical and manufacturer guidance will be applied at the time of assessment.
Clients under 18
A parent or legal guardian’s consent and attendance may be required. Treatment is also subject to maturity, clinical appropriateness, manufacturer guidance, legal requirements and insurer limitations. BeauDerma may decline services for minors even with consent.
Photography and consent
Standard clinical photographs may be required for planning, documentation and progress review. These images are part of the confidential client record and are not used publicly without separate, specific consent. Declining marketing consent does not affect access to treatment. When photography is essential for safe documentation and the client declines clinical photography, BeauDerma may be unable to proceed.
Results and risk
Results vary and are not guaranteed. A package is a course of services, not a promise of a particular outcome. Risks, contraindications, expected recovery and alternatives are reviewed before consent. Clients are responsible for following preparation and aftercare instructions and reporting changes in health, medication, sun exposure or skin condition.
Gift cards
Gift cards may be used toward eligible BeauDerma consultations, treatments, packages or products, subject to suitability and the terms shown at purchase. They do not guarantee a specific treatment. Final expiry, refund, transfer and lost-card terms will be displayed before sale.
Financing
Financing is provided by an independent third party. That provider controls approval, interest, fees and repayment. BeauDerma’s treatment, cancellation and refund policies continue to apply. A refund approved by BeauDerma may not cancel financing charges already incurred; clients must review the provider agreement.
