Consultation

Consultation

A better result begins with a better plan

Aesthetic treatment is not one-size-fits-all. Skin tone, recent sun exposure, medications, medical history, tattoo ink, hair characteristics, previous procedures, healing patterns and expectations can all change what is appropriate. Your consultation gives us the time to understand those factors before recommending treatment.

concerns

What is included

  • A conversation about your goals, priorities and previous treatment experience
  • Relevant health, medication, skin and treatment history
  • Standardized clinical photography and digital skin analysis
  • Assessment of the treatment area and key safety considerations
  • A discussion of reasonable options, including when no treatment or a referral is the better choice
  • Expected treatment course, intervals, preparation, aftercare, downtime and maintenance
  • A written or documented plan with package and payment options
  • Patch testing when indicated

Fee and credit

The consultation fee is $75. When you proceed with treatment, that amount is credited toward your first treatment. If our assessment determines that none of BeauDerma's offered treatments is appropriate for you, we will refund the consultation fee.

Why consultation is required

Our goal is not to sell the most treatment. It is to recommend the least invasive, most conservative path likely to serve your goal. A consultation also creates a baseline for future care. Because skin, hormones, medication, sun exposure and goals can change, we treat this as an ongoing clinical relationship rather than a one-time transaction.

Same-day treatment

Same-day treatment may be possible in select cases when you have prior experience, understand the procedure, meet all safety requirements and do not need a patch-test waiting period. Same-day service is never guaranteed and will not be used to bypass appropriate screening.

Clients under 18

Clients under 18 require a parent or legal guardian's consent and attendance as requested. Treatment also remains subject to clinical appropriateness, manufacturer guidance and any applicable legal or insurance limitations. Some services may not be offered to minors.
